Each session in the pod lasts 30 minutes, which is usually enough for most dogs. If you need more time, you can add 10 minutes for $10. For extra-large, fluffy dogs or washing two dogs, you may need 60 minutes (or more). You can pay for this by purchasing two single washes, using multiple washes from a package, or selecting the $25 Add-on with the Unlimited Monthly Wash subscription. The pricing is per dog and covers up to 30 minutes. Refunds are not available if you use less time, and washing two dogs within 30 minutes will still incur the cost of 2 services.

Multiple dogs can be washed at one time but it will still be deemed as multiple services and requires multiple bookings to reflect the amount of time required.

Nope - just you and your dog!The shampoo and conditioner mix with water directly from the hose, and there's a commercial-grade blow dryer available. We also provide aprons, towels for drying, and after-wash products like mists, balms, wipes, and brushes. The brush provided is generic, so if you prefer a specific type, like a de-shedding brush or comb, we recommend bringing it with you.

The self-wash pods are for bathing only. Scissors and clippers aren't allowed due to the excess hair which cause clogs in the drains.Brush-outs and nail clipping are permitted in the wash stations and are included in your appointment time.

Walk-ins are welcome but depend on station availability at the time. We recommend booking an appointment online or by calling the store.

We provide hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner and a range of optional after wash products for you to use.

The Bath Package includes: Bath, Blowout, Sanitary trim, Nail Clip, Ear Clean, Teeth Brush.The Haircut Package includes: All of the above PLUS a full body haircut.The Asian Fusion Haircut Package includes: the same as the Haircut Package, however the full body hair cut is in Asian Fusion style using full body scissor work only. It creates more rounded fluffy and accentuated styles. Additional Services can be added to the standard package including nail grinding, anal gland expression, de-shedding treatment, whitening treatment, berry facial and medicated shampoo treatment.

You can drop your dog off 5-10 minutes before your appointment. We'll call you 15 minutes before your dog is ready for pick-up. A late pick-up fee may apply if you arrive more than 30 minutes after the notice call. If these timeframes don't work for you, please call us to make alternative arrangements. We want to minimize your dog's time here, as it can be a stressful environment, and we want them excited to go home with you!

We generally don't allow pet parents in the groom room because:Groomers need space to focus, and extra people can create distractions in a busy environment.Dogs tend to misbehave more when their owners are present, seeking comfort and resisting the grooming process.If there are exceptional circumstances, discuss with your groomer.

Pricing is based on the package you select and your dog's weight and coat condition (length, thickness, matting, etc.). When booking, you'll answer questions to get an initial estimate. However, the final price may change at check-in after the groomer evaluates your dog.

The Asian Fusion haircut is a grooming style from Asia that uses all scissor work to create exaggerated, round, and unique looks. There's no set standard for this style—it's based on your preferences and the groomer’s artistic interpretation. What’s possible also depends on your dog’s coat. We suggest googling Asian Fusion Haircuts and bringing inspiration photos to discuss the ideal, achievable cut with your groomer.

Asian Fusion grooming uses different equipment and techniques compared to traditional grooming. A lighter finishing dryer is used to fluff the coat, which takes longer than a high-speed dryer. The cut, done entirely with scissors to create more rounded looks, also takes twice as long as using clippers. As a result, the process takes longer and costs more.

Pet parents should always plan for 2-3 hours for grooming, even if it’s been quicker in the past. Our salon handles unexpected situations daily, such as dogs with health conditions, matted coats, or new puppies, which can affect the schedule. While grooming often takes less time, especially for smaller, non-matted dogs, your groomer will give a more accurate estimate at check-in. However, please be prepared for the full 2-3 hours due to potential delays.
