Self Service Wash Subscription Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Now You’re Clean’s Self Service Wash subscription services (“Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Service Overview

By subscribing to our Service, you will receive access to the Self Service Wash Pods. An active subscription provides an unlimited number of visits per month, capped at 1 visit per day. Each visit is up to a maximum of 30 minutes, unless the $20 add on service has been purchased for an additional or larger dog. The $20 add on service provides up to an additional 30 minutes of time. Refunds are not valid for time that is not used. Subscription charges are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

2. Subscription Billing and Payment

  • Payment Methods: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis to the payment method provided.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will start on the day of sign-up and renew on the same day each subsequent month.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. Unsuccessful payments will be tried an additional two times.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

  • Changes in Pricing: We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. You will be notified of price changes, and these changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Promotions and Discounts: Any promotional or discounted pricing is valid for the duration of the offer only. 

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, at which time services will suspend. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing period.

  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for violation of these Terms or if we are unable to charge your payment method.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if there are issues with the Service, we will work with you to resolve them. Refunds will be granted at our discretion in specific circumstances.

6. Account and Security

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • Account Changes: You are responsible for keeping your account information, including payment methods, up to date.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service in a way that harms your dog, Now You’re Clean or any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now You’re Clean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
