Refund policy

Self Service Wash:

  • We do not offer refunds for self-service washes once the service has been completed. If you encounter an issue, please notify a staff member during your visit so we can assist.

  • Wash package sales are final and non-refundable. Any unused washes within a package are also non-refundable. Washes not used before the package expiration date will be forfeited.

  • If you need to cancel a reservation (if applicable), please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellation of Wash Subscription Service by you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, at which time services will suspend. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing period.

Grooming:

  • If you are unsatisfied with your dog’s grooming, please notify us on the same day. We offer free corrections, within reason, if reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours, additional grooming may require a full re-bath and service fee.
  • Refunds are not provided for style related concerns, these can be addressed at your next appointment through better communication. 

Products:

  • Now You're Clean personnel have made every attempt to get the photos of our products as close to the actual merchandise in terms of its placement in the color spectrum, the color of the items depends on the customer’s monitor. Now You're Clean does not guarantee that the product descriptions are valid in entirety, preciseness, reliable, or error-free. If an is not as characterized by the website, the customer may return the product for a refund in the condition it was received (unused).
  • If a customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of the product, the product may be returned within 14 days with its original packaging and the original packaging slip. If a mistake is retrieved by Now You're Clean personnel upon packaging the shipment, the customer will be informed. If a product is accidentally mispriced lower than its Now You're Clean price, the customer will be given the choice to either pay the balance and receive the product or be refunded for the amount already paid.
  • In cases of cancellations, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (provided the order has already shipped). Even if there were no initial shipping fees connected to the order (this would apply to orders of free domestic shipping with $10 and above, or purchases made with Store Credit), the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. Such charges may include the cost of shipment for returning the item, applicable taxes, and any other qualifying fees that may apply. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (provided the order has already shipped).

  • We at are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our pet accessories. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer the following product warranty clause with our refund policy on Leather Accessories:
  1. Product Warranty: All leather pet accessories are covered by a 90-day product warranty period, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

  2. Warranty Exclusions: The product warranty does not cover damages resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. Damages caused by pets, including chewing or scratching, are also excluded from the warranty coverage.

  3. Warranty Claim Process: If a customer believes their purchased pet accessory is defective and falls within the 90-day warranty period, they must contact our customer service department at info@nowyoureclean.com within the warranty period. The customer may be asked to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, along with a detailed description or evidence of the defect.

  4. Refund or Replacement Options: Upon evaluation of the reported defect, Now You're Clean will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund or replacement. If the defect is covered under the warranty and does not result from excluded circumstances, the customer will be eligible for one of the following options: a) Refund: A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. b) Replacement: The defective pet accessory will be replaced with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to the customer.

  5. Return Process: If a return of the defective pet accessory is required, Now You're Clean will provide instructions on how to proceed. The customer may be responsible for returning the product in its original packaging, unless specified otherwise by [Company Name]. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer will be communicated and handled accordingly.
  • Please note that this refund policy with a product warranty clause is subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. By making a purchase from Now You're Clean, customers acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy and its provisions.
  • It is recommended that customers review the warranty information provided with their purchased pet accessories and follow the instructions for any warranty claims or concerns. Our customer service team is available to address any questions or issues related to warranty coverage and assist with the refund or replacement process.
  • Now You're Clean inventory is continuously updated to provide our customers with clear and consistent service. Backordered, Discontinued, and Out of Stock Items will be taken out of our online database upon observation. If a backorder, Discontinued, or Out of Stock item is ordered and the customer is not notified automatically of the discrepancy at the time of checkout, a phone call or e-mail will be made by Now You're Clean personnel to notify the customer. If a Backorder, Discontinued, or Out of Stock item has already been ordered and paid for by a customer, Now You're Clean will cancel and refund that item, and the customer will be notified immediately. Now You're Clean is unable to estimate when Backordered items will be available for order. We are unable to order items that have been discontinued, as they are no longer available by the item manufacturer. If an item is Out of Stock, Now You're Clean will make every attempt to restock the item for the convenience of our customers. If in case a particular item is Out of Stock at the time of order, please allow us 10-12 business days to order and restock that item.

  • Because we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we preview and inspect each item thoroughly at the time of packaging. If an item has been shipped out from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, Now You're Clean accepts 100% responsibility for that item. Otherwise, Damaged, Mismatched, or Missing items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
